 Please note that any PC bought from a reputable high-street retailer (e.g. PC World, Currys etc) within the last 3 years will generally out-perform the above specification.

 

 

To Find Out Your System Specification:

 

Your Computer:

  • Click the Windows Start Button
  • Right click on the 'My Computer' icon
  • Click 'Properties'
  • Read the information about your computer at the bottom of the panel

Your Graphics Card:

  • Right-click on the Desktop
  • Click 'Properties'
  • Click the 'Settings' tab
  • Read the information about your graphics card on this panel 

 

Please Note:

  • Please ensure that you are using the latest drivers for each of your devices.
     
  • If necessary visit your sound card / graphics card manufacturer’s website to check your driver against their latest version, and if necessary download and install.
    (There’s usually a very good reason why they have written later versions of drivers ; )
     
  •  Please note that Windows NT is not supported since that operating system only uses DirectX up to Version 3.
     
  • Please note that Windows 95 and ME are not supported since Microsoft themselves do not support those operating systems.
